IS THIS WEBSITE AN AUTHORIZED VENDOR OR MANUFACTURER OF DIVINE 9 PARAPHERNALIA?
Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange is NOT an authorized vendor or manufacturer of Divine 9 paraphernalia. Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange is an online marketplace serving as a consignment mechanism to exchange gently used or previously purchased unwanted new Divine 9 paraphernalia.
Sellers and Buyers MUST adhere to any notices and/or bylaws issued by the Divine 9 organizations regarding items bearing their crest, shield, marks, and designs.
HOW DO I SELL MY GENTLY USED AND/OR UNWANTED NEW ITEMS?

- When Registering, Select the “Apply to become a Seller”
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- NOTE: Once you submit an Application to Become a Seller, we will review your Application and approve it, provided that you sell products relevant to the Divine 9 Organizations
- Once Approved, you will have access to your own store front where you can upload products and images and set pricing including shipping costs

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEMS TO THE BUYER?
We strongly suggest that Sellers use a Trackable shipping method: USPS Priority Post, UPS, FedEx, etc., and provide accurate product dimensions and weight when listing items; this is for the protection of both the Seller and the Buyer; once you ship an item with a tracking number, you can track the shipment and enjoy an added level of protection that the item was delivered properly should a dispute arise.

- Get shipping insurance for expensive or important items
- Use basic ground shipping when speed isn’t a factor

WHAT ARE SELLER COMMISSIONS?
Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange charges a Flat Rate Commission of 20%; this fee is calculated on the NET proceeds AFTER payment processing fees (approximately 3.5%).
For example, a sale of $32.95 will net $31.69 after payment processing fees are deducted. Your payout would be 80% of $31.69 = $25.35.
Payouts are made within 24-hours of the BUYER marking the Product ‘Received’.
WHO DETERMINES THE PRICING FOR LISTED ITEMS?
Pricing of items listed for sell are determined by the Seller and not by the Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange. All monetary exchanges are made between the Seller and Buyer using our integrated Merchant Account, STRIPE.com
HOW ARE SALES TAXES CALCULATED AND COLLECTED?
Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange is not responsible for calculating or collecting sales tax for transactions based on the seller’s and buyer’s location. Sellers are solely responsible for determining their tax obligations and collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION POLICY?
Cancellations are not allowed once a Buyer has placed an order, except as allowed by law. Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange reserves the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, such as non-payment by the Buyer or Seller’s failure to ship on time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If a Buyer receives an incorrect, damaged item, or an item that doesn’t match its description, they must report this to Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange accepts all major Credit Cards; our website uses the online Merchant Account: STRIPE.com, a merchant account/credit card processor designed specifically for online E-Commerce websites and deployed with 512bit security features to further ensure secure transactions; our website is further secured by deploying a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to add another layer of security for all transactions and site security.
HOW DO I TAKE GOOD PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCTS I WANT TO SELL?
- Use a smartphone camera with 12 megapixels or more.
- Use a white background.
- Use natural light
- Shoot a variety of angles and image sizes.
Do not use photos from the internet of products similar to yours. It must be the exact product to show its current condition.
IMPORTANT TIP: When saving your pictures for upload to the site, please size them to 800 Pixels (about 9.25 inches) – this will be large enough to give a clear image; ALSO: Save the file with a descriptive name (for example ‘Red AKA Sweatshirt‘) and SAVE AS a JPG. or a JPEG.
RESIZING TIPS: You really need to RESIZE your image to give you and users a better experience on the site – a large picture may look good, but will take much longer to render on the site which will make for a slow shopping experience.
Here’s how to use the resizing option in Android Phones:
- Launch the Gallery app.
- Select the image you want to resize.
- Tap the edit icon.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the lower-right corner.
- Select Resize.
- Choose the percentage or resolution.
- Select Done.
- Tap Save.

HOW DO I BUY PRODUCTS?
Yes, we need you to register to buy a product, this can be done during the checkout process. The main reason is that we will need you to return to the site, and log into your account in order to click the ‘received’ my package button once you get your product.
This will help us pay our sellers knowing that they shipped the product to you and that you were happy with the purchase.
This is an extra level of shopper protection built into the Divine 9 Marketplace Exchange.

WHY DON’T I SEE A PRODUCT I POSTED FOR SALE ON THE WEBSITE?
